God Bless the USA! |
] |
Wow, I can't believe it's been 5 years... It doesn't seem like so long has passed. My prayers are for the families and victims of Sept. 11.
I don't know how much we (as a country) have learned in this half-decade, but hopefully we'll still grow as a country and improve in our policies. But one thing I want everyone to remember is that it's a good thing to be American, because The United States is a young country where its people shape and influence policies. It's something a lot of people take for granted. Instead, we should embrace the ideals set forth by our founders and remember that we're still growing and changing. We're not perfect. This is a fact which sould not be criticized; it's something to be a part of, to learn and to improve.

| Reasons why I haven't been updating LJ as often as I used to.... |
[22 Mar 2006|08:46pm] |
I'm not going to lie... LJ hasn't really been on my mind in a long, long time. I see I did attempt to update it quite a few times, but there are certain reasons why I haven't been writing as much as I used to.
1. Schoolwork. Seriously, college gives you a handful. 2. Facebook. Sad to say it's become the college-thing. Lots of more people to talk to on there. I also get emails as soon as someone writes on my wall or friends me.... so it's quicker to respond to people. 3. Phone calls. I find that the preferred form of communication. If you want to know what's going on in my life, call me!
Well, there was really no other reason why I wrote this entry, so Adios!
PS. I'm not saying I won't update this journal.... But I don't plan on updating it often.

I was just curious... what is everybody's biggest regret? You can comment anonymously, I wouldn't mind at all. I'm just curious to know what kind of regrets people have. The more unusual, the better!
